• Counter-to-counter: R100-R200 depending on the size of your order

• Why this rate? This total covers the PostNet courier fee plus the specialised, heavy-duty packaging materials needed to keep your fragile items 100% safe in transit. 

• Exact Quote: I will calculate the final package size and give you an exact shipping total before you pay.

📝 How to Order

When you send your order via WhatsApp or Email, please include the following details:

1. Your Full Name

2. Your Cellphone Number 

3. Your chosen PostNet branch

⚠️ Crucial Info About  Collection 

• ⚠️ Collection Deadline: You will receive an SMS when your parcel arrives at your selected branch. It must be collected within 7 days of arrival. If it is returned to the sender due to non-collection, you will be liable for the return shipping costs and a second delivery fee to have it sent back out to you

• 📱 Accurate Information: Please double-check your mobile number and email at checkout. The courier network uses these exact details to text you your collection PIN code. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact details

🚫 Return & Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the fragile, handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

• We pack our items with extreme care. In the rare event that an item arrives broken from transit, you must notify us via email/WhatsApp with clear photo evidence within 2 hours of collecting the parcel from the counter.
